Deliveries

** PLEASE NOTE **

We are currently seeing an extraordinary volume of funeral orders, these take our first priority deliveries in the morning and so the gift deliveries are going out later in the day.

We deliver flowers between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays, deliveries outside these hours may be available upon request. Same day delivery is only available on web orders received by midday, after this time please call us on 01474355007 as we still may be able to help.

You may request a preferred AM or PM delivery however we cannot guarantee times due to many factors which are out of our control such as traffic and weather.

All flowers and foliage are seasonal and so not every item is kept in stock at all times, with this in mind, we may have to substitute some items so please do call if there is something specific that you require for the same day and we will try our utmost to accommodate you.

Flower Delivery Charges

Pre booked 'Local’ Delivery is FREE this includes - Gravesend, Northfleet & Ebbsfleet. There is a minimum £4.95 surcharge for same day delivery.

We deliver gifts, bouquets and balloons to the Gravesend area, Dartford area and Medway Towns only. We will travel further throughout the South East for funerals and weddings only.

Deliveries outside our 'local' Gravesend area are chargeable from £4.95.

If the area you wish to deliver to isn't available then please contact us prior to ordering to obtain a quote.

COVID-19 UPDATE

In line with the latest Government guidelines from Tuesday 13th April our door will be open to serve you in person once again.

Masks must be worn upon entry (unless exempt) and we will be limiting entry to 1 person, couple or small family group at any one time.

We are still offering our click and collect service along with local contactless deliveries.
